It has spread to the spine and other places, and because he is all pro-socialism, he got himself treated at Cuba, the Russian part of the doctor group says the Cuban part had not the correct equipment and performed a bad praxis and while Cuban give him 2 years at most, Russians give him less than a year.
He is not helping himself either, he stops treatment whenever he is going to appear in public.

No one, he is too self centered to designate one, and while he has many advisors and all, none musters the popularity he holds with the lower level populace (a.k.a the majority)

so itll either be election or civil war at this point.

Elections are on October, so might not make it, his party will obviously have a backup, bu that the people like him enough to be president is another matter entirely.
And civil war is only possible if someone murders him, causing nation wide riots, and bad riots, not London like. (I had a friend there while they were occurring, when I asked her, she told me it was pretty much our normal day. What made it bad was that London never has trouble, so that riot looked bad, here it's just tuesday. :S)
