Exodus to the Stars - Upgrade beyond tier 3 help?

I captured the entire solar system (without cheating :roll:

) and was wondering if it's possible to activate the ability to upgrade colonies beyond tier 3 or have the orbital station or basically be able to do everything you can in the final mission. If there is a trainer or something that would allow you to do this, please send me the link or post it. Thanks a lot.

second, there IS some kind of cheat you can use involving editing a certain file in notepad. (not gonna discuss it here tho... just google it, u can't miss...)
there also are some trainers you can download, but these more give the advantage of unlimited money, fuel, instant research, etc.

I never ever touched these trainers, so I wouldn't know if they happen to contain virusses or anything else...
Download them at your own risk, don't come blaming me here if they happen to bust up ur comp or anything.

i could never be asked to sit there and fight for 3 hours just to capture the moons of jupiter. let alone the rest of sol.

And all the weed smoke will drug the entire UEO.

Seriously, that fight for the moons of Saturn level was annoying, you capture one, the japs cpature one, and so on.
In Exodus, as I reach mars and Earth, my first colonies are getting captured.
I DO find it weird that with travel from Neptune to Earth in the months, the UEO could not mount a better defense.

Still waiting for Brightlance to testify if this is even possible, I thought Earth stayed in UEO's control even after being beat.
