Hiya all, i just joined, after recently buying this game, it rocks!
The graphics might not be 2009 quality, but for this game it really doesn't need it, I still play Master of Orion 2, that should mean something, its all about the gameplay for me when it comes to these type of games, very few games have ever came close to kicking Master of Orion 2 off of its throne of 'best strategy game', this game came very, very close, the only thing it really lacked was a custom game mode, where there are random events and all that, but it doesn't really end.
It could be like, you are stuck in the solar system until you either wipe out or form alliances with all nations and somehow stop them all from fighting each other and then the rest of the galaxy opens up to you.
That would be a brilliant feature.

Overall, the game is very fun to play, though i do think some buildings take abit too much power for their use or the solar panels do not generate enough power, once you develop that +20 power generator, things seem to be more better.

I mean for $11, this is a steal.
I paid $ 16 (Canadian dollars = 15 US $) : I 'm the one who got robbed !
(In fact ... my dad's Visa card paid for the game : he got robbed.)
EDIT > Sorry if i'm off-topic : my humour (concerning the low cost of the game) has nothing to do with "Philosophy" ...Did you buy it through steam? cause impulse were selling it for like £8.99 and steam for £13.99 or something, abit bad on the price difference.
